Tune In: Ong Namo Guru Deve Namo (3xs).

Ad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh (3xs)

Sit in an Easy Pose with a straight spine and neck locked. 

Eyes: Open and Focused at the tip of the nose. 

Face: Relaxed

Mudra: Gyan (Wrists rest on the knee, palms up, thumbs touch the index fingers)

Breath: Rapid even Inhale, and rapid even Exhale (even rhythm of prana). 

Inhale: Abdomen expands

Exhale: Abdomen contracts (navel pulls toward the spine)

Time: 8 minutes a day everyday.  (start with 3 minutes and work up to 8 minutes)

Benefits: Burns out the old cells; purifies the bloodstream; creates energy circulation to communicate with the electromagnetic field; brightens the auric field; dissipates the negative mental pattern; shifts the stagnated energy.
