During her high school internship at a Convalescent Home in San Jose, California, Dr. Nguyen came across many geriatric patients who had chronic diseases requiring multiple medications every day. Her experience there sparked her curiosity into helping others heal minds and bodies. Dr. Nguyen loves to travel, and through her many adventures abroad she experienced Esogetic Medicine in Europe, Shamanic practices in South America, Ayurvedic practices in India, and Traditional Medicine in Asia. She came to understand the art of wholistic medicine and the body’s ability to heal itself. At the same time she recognized that to have optimal health and vitality, one has to make conscious lifestyle choices, a balanced diet, and exercise regularly.
With many years of experience in holistic healing, Dr. Nguyen incorporates NAET, Esogetic Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbs, Yoga, and Meditation into her practice. These modalities address the interplay between the subconscious mind, one’s emotions, the physical body, and one’s spirit. These all play a role in health, as well as disease.
Dr. Nguyen has particular interest in the cellular impacts of one’s time in the womb and how it can effect mental and physical health throughout one’s life. For those that want to explore this aspect of their health, Dr. Nguyen offers modalities that attempt to address these underlying issues, which can result in patterns of behavior, addiction, insecurity, etc. The goal is to allow one to move forward with more clarity and harmony.
She is passionate about assisting anyone who is ready to improve their health and wellness. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and experience to support and serve her clients/patients on their way to optimal health.
